1. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
arsero.md collects, processes and uses personal data of customers. This data will be collected based on the consent of the client and will be based on the legal requirements to provide the requested services. arsero.md processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the law and in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Personal data about payment transactions includes, but is not limited to, the following data:

client IP address;
Client’s name;
Customer first name;
Client’s phone number;
card type;
The name of the client indicated on the card;
Client’s email address;
Transaction currency;
Information about delivery;
2. SUPPORT SERVICE
arsero.md offers its customers a Support Service via email: support@arsero.md
Support is provided within 6 business days. Working hours: Monday – Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.

The support service will advise customers on the goods and services offered by our online store, on the methods of payment and delivery of goods, as well as on the withdrawal of a payment transaction. The Support Service is obliged to receive complaints from Buyers, provide them with information on the status of the claims handling process and, if necessary, ensure that complaints are investigated.

3. METHOD OF PURCHASE AND PAYMENT FOR GOODS.
On the page of the desired product, specify the quantity of the product. Click on the “BUY” button below the product images. The item is added to the cart. Open your shopping cart by clicking on the icon located in the upper right corner of the page and then on the “BASKET” button. Then proceed to checkout by clicking on the “Checkout” button or click on the “Continue shopping” button.

To edit the content of your shopping cart, you can click on the cross icon to delete an item, or on the + or – icon to edit the quantity of an item.

Attention! On the arsero.md website, ordering is available only for registered users. After completing your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout, you will be prompted to log in with your account or register by clicking on the “Create an account” button.

3.1 After opening the page with the registration form, fill in all the fields. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

3.2 After a message about successful registration, open your shopping cart by clicking on the icon located in the upper right corner of the page. Then proceed to checkout.

Next, in the “BUYER” section, you will need to fill in additional contact information:

address (name of settlement, street, house, apartment)
first and last name
postcode
phone number
3.3 In the next field “City (Suburb) / District” you must specify the name of your city or suburb. When filling in this field, a list with available names will appear. If your locality is not on the list, you must indicate the name of the district center in which your locality is located.

Attention! Specify the correct data, as this field is used to calculate the cost of delivery of your order.

In the “COUNTRY” field, Moldova is selected by default, since delivery is carried out only in Moldova.

Further, depending on the completed field “City (Suburb) / District”, you will have one of the following delivery methods with an indication of its cost:

Self-pickup (the method is set by default)
Delivery in Chisinau
Delivery to the suburbs of Chisinau
Delivery in Moldova
Attention: Payment for the order is carried out using a VISA or MasterCard bank card.

If you need advice before paying for the goods, then go to paragraph (3.4). If you want to make a payment, then click on the field Pay online with the image of VISA or MasterCard. After that, you will be redirected to the page of the bank’s secure payment system, where you will need to make a payment.

3.4 To place an order, you need to check the box that you have read and agree to the documents: Privacy Policy and Rules for using the online store (this document), which are published on the catollux.md website.

Then click on the “Place an order” button. After placing an order, the store manager will call you back.

Please note that only the client whose name and surname were indicated on the site at the time of placing the order can receive goods paid for by a payment card, therefore, when receiving an order, it is imperative to have an identity card with you.

4. COST AND DELIVERY TIME
ATTENTION! Delivery is carried out only after the online payment of the order on the website with a bank card!

Delivery cost in Chisinau:

When ordering more than 1,500 lei – delivery is FREE.
When ordering up to 1,500 lei – the cost of delivery is 50 lei.
