According to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova on consumer protection https://www.legis.md/cautare/getResults?doc_id=144442&lang=ro a quality guarantee is provided for the purchased product (depending on the product) for a period of 30 to 60 days. Within 14 days, the buyer has the right to return the product for a full refund.
– Damage to the product caused during operation or in any other way, not related to a possible manufacturing defect, is not a basis for presenting warranty obligations. The quality guarantee will be refused.
– In case of mechanical damage to the product and loss of its presentation, claims for its return are not accepted.
